My second wedding for 2023 took me back to another of my favorite venues, that of Godwick Hall. It is always awesome as a wedding videographer in Norfolk to head up to the north of the county. Katie and Dan were all set for a chilled morning, in fact Dan had said he would be frying bacon all morning to keep the nerves at bay. I arrived to find Dan not by the oven but with darts in his hands, thankfully being thrown at the dartboard.
I headed upstairs to see Katie who was getting ready with her girls. Needless to say the morning was really chilled, which was exactlywhat they had hoped for.
How They Made it Their Own
Godwick Hall is such a rustic venue it is always lovely when couples embrace it. Katie and Dan had a really lovely classic vibe to their day which made it really special. With lovely letters to each other in the morning and magical personal vows this was such an intimate day.
When the time came for sunset there was no stopping these two making a trip back into the fields. Even some rather large puddles were not going to get in their way. This was a fantastic day all round and when the party kicked off all their friends and family helped make it so special.
Wedding Video Vibe
For these guys I wanted to go for a vibe that was a bit of a hybrid. With lovely personal vows but also with so much fun I needed to bring some of that through. We also capture a lot of couples moments which I wanted to showcase. I started my search for some music to find something that gave me the opportunity to bring these two thoughts together. I found a track that had some lovely natural quieter moments to use the vows but then some more uptempo moments to bring the fun!
