Woolverstone Hall Wedding Videographer
Woolverstone Hall is a country wedding venue in the Suffolk countryside. It was built in 1776 for William Berners. Berners was a property developer from London who had been acquiring extensive landholdings on the Shotley Peninsula. This lovely venue is a magnificent Grade I listed building. It is set in 80 acres of parkland on the banks of the River Orwell. Nestled just 5 miles outside of Ipswich, the venue has good connection links.
It is a versatile wedding venue with lots of options for your amazing wedding day.
Working as a Suffolk Wedding Videographer, I always love stately house weddings. As stately homes go this is a special one. As you arrive down the long drive through the grounds. The Hall stands proudly in the distance. Without doubt, this venue will form the perfect backdrop to your special day.
An exclusive Wedding Venue
When you book Woolverstone Hall weddings are exclusively yours. Your plans are fully customisable and expertly managed by their exceptional wedding team. With so much experience they are passionate about allowing you to create the day you’ve dreamed of. They offer full flexibility when hiring the venue including no corkage fees and the freedom to choose the suppliers you want. They will be on hand with lots of wedding ideas. Being able to hire in your ideal catering too is a real plus.
When it comes to your dream wedding ceremony, you have several options. Why not get married in the fresh air? Woolverstone Hall offers beautiful outdoor wedding ceremonies as an option. The grounds and gardens provide a perfect setting for a garden wedding. You could choose to marry on the stairs with your guests gathered in the round lawn or in front of the rose borders, with the Hall standing proudly behind. For a legal ceremony indoors, why not choose the stunning orangery with its abundance of light and panoramic views. The Leggett Room is another option, complete with classic panelling and epic views across the grounds to the River.
If you are looking for a church ceremony, this romantic wedding venue can even tick that box too. St Michael’s Church is part of the estate. With room for up to 200 guests, it is a fantastic option for traditional church weddings. Once the ceremony is over you can all make your way along the path ready for your perfect wedding reception.
When you have finished your wedding breakfast. The time comes to let your hair down and kickback. The Orangery is an ideal spot for an unforgettable wedding party. This unique space is a blank canvas and is perfect to dance the night away.
