Undeniably, The Garden Room on the grounds of The Norfolk Mead is a lovely backdrop to your wedding day. One of my favourite traditions in Norfolk for a wedding is walking across the courtyard at The Norfolk Mead before walking down the aisle. In particular, I remember Leon‘s face in 2018 as Jemma walked across the courtyard was amazing.
The Norfolk Mead is also a hotel, this means that there is countless rooms for your guests to stay. It also means there are many different rooms you could choose for your wedding preparations.
Once you are married you can use the courtyard as a perfect location for your drinks reception. It is then only a short walk down to the river where you can have some couples time in between the boats. The glass-sided garden room gives some unique shots when the evening entertainment is in full flow.
