The Prep
This was a day that I knew well in advance would be an emotional one. I am so lucky to do my job as a Norfolk wedding videographer, why? Because I get to meet some amazing people! Emma and Luke are such a lovely couple who have suffered loss in recent times. It was safe to say that as the day progressed you could tell someone was looking down on them.
It was lovely to capture both of these two getting ready with their nearest and dearest in the morning. You could tell just how much the day meant to them. I was working alongside my good friend Tim Stephenson Photography.
How They Made it Their Own
There were some lovely touches around the day, particularly with nods to Emma and Luke’s memory table. This showed photos of those lost but absolutely never forgotten!
One thing we (Tim and I) always find is that when a couple books us together, they tend to be really keen to capture some special couples memories. This was 100% true with Emma and Luke. On our prewedding call they just said, you tell us when we go and we go. We took a lovely walk after the ceremony which was a bit of a warm up for when golden hour came.
I won’t talk about golden hour this time, but let’s just say, it delivered once again!
Wedding Video Vibe
This lovely wedding day was such a romantic and emotional day, I wanted to make sure Emma and Luke’s wedding film represented this. I found a lovely folky track that had all the feels of what was a lovely day. As I said before, the couples who book Tim and I together tend to really value the couples footage, so Emma and Luke’s highlights film needed to reflect this.
The party in the evening also features at the end and was the perfect end to the day.
Enough of me waffling on yet again. Give the film a watch and I hope you enjoy a little look into this really lovely day.
