A Lovely South Farm Wedding Video

The Prep

Gemma and Luke had a beautiful wedding day at South Farm in Cambridgeshire. A blustery start to the day soon settled down to allow the couple to have their perfect outdoor wedding ceremony. I arrived in the morning to find Gemma hidden in the office and Luke wandering around with his boys doing some final bits and pieces in the barn. The last time I was at South Farm as a wedding videographer in Cambridgeshire, the rain had put pay to the outdoor ceremony and also washed out golden hour. We were still hopeful that we were going to be able to get both!

How They Made it Their Own

This was such a lovely day with so many little details dotted around the barn. The outdoor ceremony space overlooking the water was decked out in floral displays, with gorgeous signage dotted around this had a really unique feel to the day.

Wedding Video Vibe

Gemma and Luke were really keen on getting in a sunset and had planned to go out to specific places at certain times. Of course you can plan everything apart from the wedding. As we went out and started walking around the grounds, we didn’t get far before the heavens opened!

We had almost given up on the chance of a sunset when all of a sudden the clouds parted slightly giving the last few moments of golden light. Of course, we were on hand ready to capture the magic moments. Knowing just how much they guys wanted golden hour, of course it had to feature heavily, throw in some gorgeously written personal vows and the vibe was set.
