A Carefree Oxnead Hall Wedding Video

The Prep:

I remember the first time I met Ashleigh, it was at a wedding fair and her sister introduced us. I knew Cody from her job as a wedding coordinator and it was lovely to have someone recommend me to her family member. First booked in for 2021 and with a new arrival in between, it was lovely when we could finally sit down together and start putting together the plan of their day. I have been a Norfolk Wedding Videographer at Oxnead Hall eight times this year and it has been lovely to see each one being that little bit different.

I first arrived with Matt and his family to capture groom prep followed by little man prep before I headed over to Oxnead Hall to find the girls. It was lovely to be working with Megan Duffield Photography again on the day.

How They Made It Their Own:

With both Mum and Sister on hand to help, Ashleigh and Matt organised a really lovely relaxed wedding day. There were some gorgeous florals from Fox and Fern as well as some special little details. Then there was THAT Cake from Love Wedding Cakes! It’s not every day you see an upside down wedding cake suspended as if by magic. I know this caused Amber some sleepless nights but wow the affect was amazing!

Wedding Video Vibe:

With this day being such a relaxed day there needed to be some cool vibes running through the wedding film. I chose a soundtrack that suited this feeling to a tee and then built the films around that. We have been so blessed this year with some pretty epic golden hours and Ashleigh and Matt’s day was no different. This featured heavily within the films (well if you’ve got it…) and made sure that there was lots of lovely family moments too as family means the world to these guys.
