A Spring Narborough Hall Wedding Video

YASMIN + RICHARD

MARCH 2017│NORFOLK

Norfolk Wedding Videographer Yasmin and Richard

Every day a brand new story is told, a new promise made and a unique moment shared. Saturday saw my first wedding of 2017, and I headed across to the beautiful Narborough Hall Gardens for Yasmin and Richard’s big day.

When I first arrived the venue looked stunning with daffodils in full bloom; spring had very much sprung. With rain in the air, we were all hoping that the weather would hold out. My good friend Mike Reid arrived shortly after to send up his drone to capture some epic aerial videography to help tell the story of the couples’ day. Yasmin was getting ready upstairs in the main house – a beautiful room with large high windows which always provides a stunning backdrop for bridal preparations. There was a real buzz of excitement in the room as Yasmin, and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done.

Next, it was time to pop over to the cottage where Richard and his two best men were getting ready. Now Richard is a man of style, wow he was looking sharp! He had the best shoes on display (even if his new father-in-law had the best boots!).

Then back to the girls in time for Yasmin to put on and show off her dress to her bridesmaids before heading down the stairs to see her dad. A beautiful moment was shared between them before it was time to head over to the barn. Narborough Hall is a fantastic place to get married as it is like several different venues all in one! The barn looked beautiful decked out in fairy lights with intricate floral displays (more trademark Narborough), and Richard was waiting nervously.

Huge Smiles

While Yasmin walked down the aisle a smile spread across Richard’s face, you could tell just how much the moment meant to him. After a gorgeous ceremony, the couple was introduced as the new Mr & Mrs and walked through a line of confetti. We then headed off for a walk around Narborough’s gardens to get some couples shots, and it was a pleasure to film two people so relaxed and entirely in love. Yes the rain came towards the end of the couples shots, but they genuinely didn’t care, they were happy and together!

Next up it was time for food. The chefs at Narborough know how to pull off stunning cuisine, this was no different. Everyone was thoroughly fed in time for some touching speeches from Yasmin’s dad and Richard before the two best men caused double the trouble!

Following their cake cut, it was time to join The Joe Ringer Band who were all set up to rock the night away. One last little sneak outside for a shot in the dark before it was time to leave this happy couple’s beautiful day!

What a great way to not only spend my birthday, but also my first time to be a wedding videographer in Norfolk in 2016.
