A Spectacular Kings College Cambridge Wedding Video

This is one special wedding film! Three years ago both Danielle and Nils were getting ready to head to Cambridge University, Cambridgeshire.  Undoubtedly, neither knew that they would meet the love of their lives there and return with their family and friends who traveled from all corners of the world for what can only be described as one epic wedding day!

I arrived in Cambridge nice and early to find Danielle and her family in a especially packed house. When I walked in, everyone was enjoying a beautifully cooked breakfast. Hair and makeup were in full flow, and there was a real buzz of excitement. Meanwhile, when I was with the girls, my second videographer Alex was over at The Tamburlaine Hotel with Nils and the lads.

When Danielle put on her beautiful wedding gown, she had a moment with her mum before dad came in and it was time to head to the church and find her Nils. When I arrived at the church, I was blown away with what Vanessa at R&F Weddings had done with the decor of the church. It looked stunning.

During the ceremony, Danielle walked down the aisle, straightaway Nils teared up as the love of his life walked towards him. Some beautiful personal vows followed. Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE personal vows because of the emotion they show.  Wow these left not a dry eye in the church!

Spontaneous Applause

After the ceremony, Danielle and Nils walked through Cambridge to King’s College, there was an incredible moment when a crowd just burst into applause as they walked past. Once all the guests were at the college, we took Danielle and Nil’s for some away time. Because they had their first date nearby they walked to The Mill Pub.

It was genuinely lovely to see these guys back at the exact table where they had their first date because you could just see them enjoying each others company. Concurrently, back at the college, the guests were entertained on the grass overlooked by the stunning architecture.

Now that it was time to head into the stunning banquet hall for a beautiful meal and speeches before the party kicked off! I should say at this point, I genuinely don’t think I have seen so many candles under one roof, with the hall completely lit by candlelight it set such a gorgeous atmosphere.

In all my years as a Cambridgeshire wedding videographer.  I have never shot as much footage on a wedding day.  It was one incredible wedding. Both Danielle and Nils had the biggest smiles on their faces all day.
