A Magical Holmewood Hall Wedding Video

The Prep:

This gorgeous day saw me heading over the border. Being a wedding videographer in Cambridgeshire is always good fun especially when I am lucky enough to film something a little bit special. Rhianna and Lee first met me at the gorgeous wedding of Lee’s business partner Neezam to Nikitta. That was a really lovely day and they got my vibe from then so it was really exciting when we started to discuss their plans.

Originally booked for 2021 we finally were able to get these guys over the line a year later as with so many of my couples we had to have a little pause. Holmewood Hall was a venue I hadn’t filmed before so I was looking forward to the big day. On my arrival I found Rhianna having makeup in the prep room with hair also well underway. Before long they were heading up to the bridal suite while Lee arrived with his lads. A quick pop-up to the room found a rather nervous-looking Lee getting ready.

Before they both knew it, it was time for walking down the aisle and wow there was some emotion there. I think we all knew Lee might shed a tear and we weren’t disappointed!

How They Made It Their Own:

This was such an elegant wedding day, with gorgeous details and beautiful decor. The couple were so keen to head out for golden hour which of course made Mr Golden Hour Obsessive over here very happy!

Wedding Video Vibe:

Rhianna and Lee both wrote personal vows, when that is the case it is always a bit of a no-brainer for me to start there when setting out the vibe of the wedding film. I also knew the golden hour footage needed to feature prominently. So that’s what I built their highlights wedding film around. A beaut of a day it was too!
