Beth and Grant had a beaut of a day over at Hautbois Hall in Norfolk. Complete with their little ones they made some awesome memories. During the speeches, Grant said it was time to party… and party they did! Heading to Hautbois Hall is one of the perks of my job as a wedding videographer in Norfolk and I always know there will be a cracking day on hand.
Layed Back Preparations
Now, I have to say, I am very used to arriving at bridal prep in the morning to find a big group of girls, hair on the go, make-up artists etc. As I walked through the door I was met with just two people. Beth and her bridesmaid. With bridesmaid on hair duty, it was about as relaxed as you could imagine. Michelle Abel joined shortly after to do Beth’s make-up, it was a lovely chilled morning!
Beth was in her dress in plenty of time so I headed over to the church nice and early to have a chat with the vicar and get set up. Grant soon arrived and before we knew it guests were following.
Outdoor Wedding Speeches
On my way to the wedding ceremony, I had spotted a clearing just on the edge of a cornfield. We swung by on the way to Hautbois Hall and standing on the very edge of the field these two were able to have some time together. At the hall, drinks were in full flow on the front lawn with family and friends enjoying the day.
Whenever I have a wedding at Hautbois I always try and have a look at when the train will be passing by. For Beth and Grant it would be the last train of the day. As we approached the train line I could hear the train in the distance so we quickened our pace to make sure we were able to use it in our couples shots.
After the food, speeches were held in the courtyard, a great choice! There were some very heartfelt moments before Grant finished the speeches with a rallying call for it to be a good party!
Party Time
I can safely say that the guests answered that call as they danced the night away. This was one epic party and the perfect wedding day for Beth at Grant. Hautbois Hall as always been one of my favourite wedding venues in Norfolk and it didn’t disappoint for these two!
